Central Africa Baptist College is located in Kitwe, the second largest city in Zambia. The campus of CABC lies within walking distance of Copperbelt University and the campus of Faith Baptist Church of Riverside. Zambia was selected as the home of Central Africa Baptist College for among other reasons its central location in the student target region. CABC target area is primarily English speaking Eastern, Central and Southern Africa.
