Admissions: International Students
CABC encourages English speaking students from across the Continent of Africa. To ensure adequate time for college admission and visa processing, submit your application by January 7th (for first semester) and June 7th (for second semester).
Students admitted to Zambia on student visas are required by law to be registered as full-time college students (enrolled in a minimum of 12 semester hours for undergraduate degrees).
The admissions committee looks for a clear salvation testimony, evidence of Christian maturity, academic ability to do college level work, a qualified Affidavit of Support, and a desire to serve the Lord in your home country.

Detailed Application Process Instructions (Foreign Students)
Complete the Online Application or PDF Application
During the application, you'll supply personal information, other school experiences, and a 200-word autobiography, which includes your salvation testimony, CV, call to ministry (if applicable) educational objectives, and purpose for attending CABC. The online application can be saved and returned to whenever you want, but most students complete this step in less than one hour.
Pay $200 Application Fee (USD)
Pay the $200 application fee online when you complete the online application or mail us a US$ check or money order. A portion of the application fee $170 (USD) is paid to the Zambian Government Immigration for your Student Visa. Your application will not be processed until we've received your application fee.
If you're not applying online, mail your application fee, application, and autobiography to
Admissions Office
Central Africa Baptist College
PO Box 21891
Kitwe, Zambia
Once your application, fee, and autobiography is submitted, CABC will mail you an Admissions Packet, which includes all the forms necessary to complete your admissions file.
Deliver Character References
The character references must be completed to four people who are not relatives. One must be your pastor or a pastoral staff member. You may use a deacon or other church official if your pastor is a relative. People completing the references should mail them directly to CABC or email them to the Admissions Office at admissions@cabcollege.org. Note that if you have references that have e-mail addresses, the process will be completed much sooner.

Complete an Affidavit of Support
Complete an Affidavit of Support substantiating your ability to pay for college from family funds, personal funds, sponsor, or work study, if available.
If your support is from family funds, you must provide bank statements indicating you have at least $1050 for one year of tuition and room and board plus travel expenses to and from Zambia. If your support is from a sponsor, he or she must provide confirmation indicating intention to cover the costs of your education. This information is kept confidential in your admissions file. Your sponsor is also responsible for any medical care that may be required.
Receive a Decision From Admissions
The admissions committee evaluates your application and forms, looking for a clear testimony and evidence of Christian maturity and looking at your academic ability to do college-level work, your Affidavit of Support, and your desire to serve the Lord in your home country.
Register for Classes
The earlier you register for class, the better opportunity you have to get the classes you want. Second semester applicants will receive a separate packet of information about registering for classes from the Registrar's office prior to the semester.
Complete Any Remaining Admission Forms
If you've not already completed and returned the Health History Report or Physical Examination form, you must complete these by August 15 (second semester applicant) or December 15 (first semester applicant). All international students are required by Immigration to provide a chest xray.
Attend Student Orientation
Orientation is required for all students, including transfer students.
